DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY- 30% of deposit in advance is required. Rest has to be payed on spot. If the cancellation is up to 60 days before arrival deposit is refundable in amount of 50%.  Security deposit is 300 EUR, refundable at the end of the stay.
