Villa Roza 2

Villa “Roza” is located in the small village named Dograde, just 3 km from the beautiful tourist place named Marina. The apartment is spread over 110 square meters (ground floor, on the first floor is another appartment but it has a separate entrance). In the yard there is a swimming pool where guests can enjoy day and night swimming as well as place for children (also, if you have children, do not worry – for them we offer you a feeding chair, a playground and a board for toalet). There is also a large outdoor grill, stone table and benches where you can enjoy the true dalmatian atmosphere.

However, If you are looking for summer crowds and noise , you will come to the Marina for a few minutes by car. In Marina you can swim in the clear sea and enjoy the beautiful beaches. You can also visit some of the many restaurants and cafes. In your apartment enjoy the peace, quiet and the proximity of the surrounding towns will help you if you want to get to know the dalmatian cities. Distances to: Trogir (UNESCO city) – 13kn, Rogoznica (lake Dragon eye) – 17km, Primošten (night club Aurora) – 23km, Split (Dioklecijan palace) – 42km, Šibenik – 45km, Airport Split – 20km. Also, if you want to visit some of our beautiful islands, eg, Šolta, Brač, Hvar, Vis…. just a few hours by boat you can enjoy a day excursion.
